Our Gite, Le Carabi, has had a wonderful gift donated to it of an Electric Bed, which will greatly enhance our guests stay who have Mobility problems.

This fantastic gesture was from ‘4L pour l’aventure’
Let us tell you a little about them……….

They are a Charity run by a small band of local artisans who ‘do up’ 5 Renault4l vans and then drive them all the way down to EL Jadida, Morocco loaded up with Second hand/discarded disabled-user apparatus, ranging from anything from walking sticks to Electric beds & hoists. They source all these from local hospitals, retirement homes, etc. These are then distributed to the disabled there, who are living in poverty, and where something like this is life changing for them. 

This is all done in their own time and mostly with their own money!

One of the Artisans (the president of the Charity) is a local plumber and heard of our Gite designed for people with poor mobility and presented us with this amazing gift! 

We would dearly love to give something back to them as a ‘Thank you’ and what better way then to contribute to giving others the chance to have a better life with the equipment they transport to them.
